Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using HL Nutrition Store UK (the "Website"), operated by Marco Amicone (sole trader) ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Website or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. Images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the actual product.
Our products are food supplements / nutrition products and are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a doctor before use.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in British Pounds (£ GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you before processing the order and you may confirm or cancel.

5. Orders and contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation / dispatch confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. product unavailable, pricing error, suspected fraud) and will refund any payment taken.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms, times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Cancellations and returns

Your right to cancel and return is set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms and reflects your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses (this Website is for consumer, non-business use).

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Website (text, images, logos, design) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
